  Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwestern Ontario (RMHC-SWO) engages and empowers a volunteer workforce that contributes thousands of volunteer hours each year. These volunteers bring their own unique skillsets, perspectives, meaningful connections to our mission; and act as first hand testaments to our core values. Volunteers provide comfort, warmth and nourishment through our various programs and services; continuously offering compassion to families going through a difficult time in their lives. We are grateful for the authentic family-like presence our volunteers bring through their integrity in every interaction and respect for the uniqueness of each family. They are part of a culture that strives for excellence through fostering innovation, team work, and collaboration. RMHC-SWO volunteers work together to build partnerships that significantly enhance the quality of supports available to families with seriously ill children. Volunteers are an integral part of RMHC-SWO and without them, we couldn't support our families and surrounding communities in the ways that make the most impact.
