Adopting a space at one of our RMHC-SWO programs provides individuals and groups with the opportunity to help provide caring and practical support to families during an incredibly stressful time.
What is a room? The simple answer is, four walls and a door. But to a teenager, a room can be privacy, escape, control, sanctuary and security. For a family staying at Ronald McDonald House, a room represents those same things. It is your space away from home. It is where weary heads hits soft pillows. Where tears can be shed without an outsider's gaze. It is a space for private frustration.
