Run-Walk-Dash 5K for Ronald McDonald House Charities - South Western Ontario. This 5k event, has been a staple of the RMHC community for EIGHT years now and each year grows bigger and bigger.

We encourage your families and loved ones to stay close, just as the Ronald McDonald House does, so team participation is encouraged!

As always, we love to see our community come together to help a charity that is so near and dear to our hearts. From Tilbury to LaSalle, Leamington to Windsor, we have participants and sponsors from all over the county meeting at Atlas Tube Center to raise funds for RMHC Windsor! So let's RUN at the opportunity to have some fun this spring, get sweaty, get healthy, crush goals, and make a difference!
